SAA认证流程

SAA认证为澳大利亚的标准机构为Standards Association of Australian旗下认证，所以很多朋友把澳大利亚认证称为。进入澳大利亚市场的电器产品必须符合SAA认证。SAA 的标志主要有两种，一种是形式认可，一种是标准标志。形式认证是只能样品负责，而标准标志是需每个进行工厂审查的。SAA的认证范围主要分为质量管理体系； 环境管理体系； 职业健康与安全管理； 信息安全管理； 常见产品申请澳大利亚SAA认证的周期是3-4周，如果产品质量不达标，可能日期会有所延长。如果运送的产品未获认证，将会扣留或没收产品或罚款。

2，要求
1.新法令将从今年3月1日正式实行。
2.SAA认证和C-Tick认证讲逐步取消，代之以RCM认证，该认证涵盖安规和EMC（C—TIck可能仍然会适用于一些小功率的无线产品）。
3.所有电子产品，将分为三类：High，medium, low Risk。我们目前没有详细的划分范围资料，一般来说，电池驱动和电压在12V以下的产品是低风险，240V标准电压产品为中风险，高电压产品为高风险。低风险产品的缓冲期是6个月，中高风险产品缓冲期为3年（该期限是澳洲相关协会的建议，但是具体法令上**还没有较终确认）。
4.RCM认证只能由澳洲当地公司申请，该公司必须向澳洲**申请一个RCM号码。中国生产商和出口商可以用自己的名义申请IEC或者AS/NZS报告，但是该报告必须交由澳洲进口商来申请RCM。申请注册费用为每年每产品每商标75澳币（举例说明，澳洲某个公司拥有两个商标：A和B，他从中国进口了完全相同的一个批次的产品，一半打上A的商标，一个打上B的商标，那意味着必须支付150澳币每年的注册费用）。
5.根据该*的意见，由于进口商将承担产品质量不合格的风险（责任方），而且非澳洲公司无法直接申请RCM认证。则估计，越来越多的稍有规模的澳大利亚公司，会改变目前为了降低费用，由中国生产厂承担费用制作报告和申请SAA的做法。他们将倾向于*有一定能力和声望的实验室，提供保险的报告和测试数据，再由他们来申请澳洲RCM认证。
6.理论上，澳大利亚实验室也可以作为申请方帮助某个公司获得RCM的认证。但是根据该*的意见，由于从法律上承担的责任较大，估计大部分澳大利亚实验室不会主动冒这个风险，即使来做，相关费用也可能会比较高。
 
3，周期
一般情况下，IT AV 灯具 小家电类常见产品申请澳大利亚SAA认证的周期是3-4周，如果产品质量不达标，可能日期会有所延长。
提交报告到澳州审核时需要提供产品插头的SAA证书(主要是针对带插头的产品),不然不给予办理,产品里面的重要的元器件SAA证，像灯具需要提供灯具里面变压器SAA证书，不然澳州审核资料不通过

5，罚则
输往澳洲的电器产品，必须符合电器安全及电磁兼兼容性标准，如果未能达到要求会收到以下处理：

◆ 或罚款，一般个人约罚美金10,000元，公司则约美金200,000元
